By accessing or using Maths Prep 2026 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose and eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use by students preparing for the CBSE Class 12 Mathematics examination. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted use

You may:

  • Access and practise questions and solutions for personal study.
  • Bookmark and track your progress.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Original content on the Platform (UI, code, organisation) is the property of Maths Prep 2026. Examination papers are publicly available documents originally published by CBSE and are reproduced here solely for non-commercial educational purposes. Maths Prep 2026 does not claim ownership of CBSE examination content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of solutions, and nothing on this Platform constitutes official CBSE guidance. Always refer to official CBSE marking schemes for authoritative answers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maths Prep 2026 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam results or outcomes.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
